The front and back covers are from the book, the slipcase has different covers. This release was in cooperation with the Follow That Dream Records label and included a 3 CD set, one CD with the 1976 Tour Diary by Jack Mullins plus soundboards from Sioux Falls, October 18, 1976 and from Atlanta, December 30, 1976 (track info). The book is exactly the same as the one released in 2018, with the same ISBN. The CD content of the 1976 Tour Diary is different from the one released in 2018.
